As a fellow with NPCA, Blanca works to help the Mid-Atlantic Regional Office team engage the Latino community and build support for the region’s national parks.

Blanca graduated from Ursinus College with degrees in Spanish and Communications. Being a Philadelphia native, Blanca has been involved and passionate about community engagement and cultural advocacy within the Latino communities. Through these experiences, she continued to engage in spaces of inclusivity and equity, which sparked a passion for conservation through nature and community.
